Implementation details for mRFC 0025.

Hi, mRFC states that the version of the host configuration should be
stored as a parameter to the page. I suggest that we also add the other
configuration options as parameters to the same page with the same
domain - "midgard". 

This will make configuration editing easier. 

Any comments?
