MailTemplates 2.0.0 Released!

Hi All,

After quite a long break, I'm proud to announce a new release of 
MailTemplates.

This new release brings shiny new Sphinx docs, compatibility with Zope 
2.12 and above and a couple of bug fixes.

This release, and future releases, are installed from PyPI using the 
'Products.MailTemplates' distribution name.
