Change of XML namespace for themes

CPSDesignerThemes and the themes shipping with CPSDefault now follow  
this pattern, as well as the zcml directives related to this themes  
engine.

This move will be released with 3.5.1 as part of the stabilization of  
the new themes engine.
All current themes must be upgraded (this is really easy)
