sprint mini-report 3

Hi there,

This is a very good summary of the state of things as this afternoon:

Some updates:

* we have a rough sketch of megrok.rdb now doing *something* in 
/grokapps/rdbexample. it's long from done, but it's also quite a long 
away already.

* a lot of work got done improving grokproject

* a lot of work got done on the new directives implementation, including 
experimental use in grokcore.component

* more megrok.kss polishing happened, moving to the new KSS 
infrastructure kss.base and kss.zope now (instead of ksscore)

* the beginnings of an extension for Grok that helps you set up HTTP 
caching information easily for views
