Update from svn again. I believe I have just fixed this problem. I tried 
to reproduce it here but was unable to...however, I looked through your 
backtraces and found a few places where there was no trapping for a 
valid toolbar, etc, etc.

Please update from svn and try it again, it should be fixed now.
