In the method <at> ThumbMinInitialize (line 211) there are lots of configuration parameters, and this is one of them "s_use_smartcrop". You can also set the fontface, size, line-lengths, etc. of these labels. A few sample combinations are included at the top of the config section. You can play with those values to find something suitable for you. It seems, you have to set "s_linelength" to 18 or 17 (current: 19) and it would work.
