take a look at doxygen, www.doxygen.org it is a documentation generator,
just like javadoc, and best of all, its free, and open source.

We started using it at our company, and its great.

getting it to properly parse headers with the ATL macros took a bit
of fiddling with the config file, but if you want, let me know, I
have a config file specially for ATL projects.

BTW, doxygen generates html, and also make a config file for the
MS html workshop, so you can make a nice compiled html file
thats indexed.
