There's an initial and sketchy list below.

1. Anand Patwardhan Mumbai 2006. Attacked - damage to the camera

2. R R Srinivasan. TN. Attacked while filming Death of River

3. Rrivu/ Richa. Attacked in Mumbai. 2009

Arrests

1. Anecdotal - Ranjan Palit & Vasudha - arrest in Bihar in the early 90s.

2. Ajay TG

Detention/ Interrogation:

1. Gujarat 2002 - Tanmay Aggarwal and Rakesh Sharma. Detained and interrogated at night in Patan.

If anyone knows of any incidents etc, please contribute to the tentative list above.

Do help our legal team collate details at the earliest.

Anand/ RR - could you please email me some details (date/time/location, sequence of events, whether complaint filed, outcome etc).

Once again - does anyone know if a formal demand was ever made for press accreditation of documentary film-makers by anyone (individual or association or collective etc)? A formal letter sent?
