About a month after the initial release of lcsh.info I changed up the identifiers to be hash URIs, since it simplified the delivery application quite a bit. If you are curious I switched from 303 URIs forwarding to Different Documents [1] to a Hash URI pattern described in the 4th paragraph of 4.4 [2].
