Yes, there are many things people claim is in scripture which are not,
but have just been 'urban legends' so to speak.

1) Cleanliness is next to Godliness.
2) It is better to put your sperm into the belly of a whore than spill it
on the ground.
3) That the 'god' of the OT is a different 'god' from the NT.
4) That the 'church' is a seperaste entity from Israel and will raptured
'out of here' while brother Judah gets his just punishment before turning
back to 'god'.
5) That Y'Shua 'did away' with the Torah.
6) That Torah was 'nailed to the cross'.

There are many...............
