[ Snuff Box The Nasal Snuff Club] How to obtain 250g drum of Black Rappee.

Hi everyone, does any one have suggestions on how I might
obtain a 250g drum of Black Rappee snuff from Samuel Gawith?

It seems none of the UK sources will ship to the US
Thanks for any suggestions 

I'm certain that this has to do with why the snuff store will not
send snuff.
