Looked up DC and average 1 bedroom apartment is 1100 a month Nothing about relocation fees, states specifically no medical. Here in Tacoma being a cashier can get you better pay starting and it's cheaper to live. It's something I'd enjoy tackling, my family would kill me for the insurance if I applied... besides I don't have all the requirements that make me worth that little money. I'd think anyone with what they are asking for is worth at least double that plus benefits and relocation costs.
