Well Actual I'm the owner of a yahoo group that is like a huge role playing Tp Fanfic, we only have a few members who are active but they are still ACTIVE!!  So you can look at the group page for some of the story I think the messeges are open to guests.  you can access it here.
Hope this helps.  Enjoy.

As a matter of fact, I'm in the process of brainstorming/outlining a
Peaks fanfic, only it's a bit different. Some of you may recall the
early 90's ABC saturday morning cartoon "Sonic the Hedgehog" (not to
be confused with the godawful "Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog" that
ran in syndacation and just wouldn't die). For those of you that
haven't, it's another excelent show canceled by ABC after a second
season cliffhanger. The thing is, I've got this idea for a Peaks-
esque mystery fic set it an alternate continuity in the Sonic
universe, begining with the discovery of the body of princess Sally
Alicia Acorn on the banks of Knothole river, then backtracking to
seven days before. Though there are many other numerous similarities
(Colin [Snivley] doing his best impression of the Coop) the way the
mystery unfolds is VERY different.

I promise she won't be killed by King Acorn, or a shaggy man named
BOB.
