You can also propose to edit this on the Gmane page for the list: Go to <http://dir.gmane.org/gmane.lisp.clisp.devel>, click "edit" at the bottom, then "edit these values". The sourceforge-spamvertizer - I don't use the term "mailing list" for any software changing a single bit of the body - decided to add its spam in an additional text/plain part at the end, and AFAIK Gmane's "trailer" logic won't touch MIME multipart mails, as it is far too easy to make it worse.
