gmane.linux.debian.alioth.build-common hasn't shown up yet

My subscription request for gmane.linux.debian.alioth.build-common was
positively answered[*] on May 12, but the group still doesn't show up.
The alioth archive shows some posts (and a truckload of spam) during
this period:

A Google/Gmane search didn't turn up anything either.

[*] That answer message mentions gmane.discuss.subscribe, which is not
    accessible to us mortals IIUC.
