Big renaming

Hi, I recall that Lars announced a general cleanup of GMaNe's
group names some weeks ago, but I don't find the thread at the
moment.  

Several public W3C lists have names like gmane.org.w3c.topic.
One (there might be more) exception is www-html at w3.org, 
GMaNe has it as gmane.comp.web.html.general

Maybe that group should be gmane.org.w3c.www-html or similar.
