See http://www.poedit.net/trac/ticket/318 The instructions for a workaround there apply to OS X too, except that you don't look in registry, but in the ~/Library/Preferences/net.poedit.Poedit.cfg file and the value you need to remove are frame_x, frame_y, frame_w and frame_h.
