In the Serna 3.5 distribution there are DITA 1.3.1 for DITA 1.0
template and DITA 1.4.0 for DITA 1.1 template.
As soon as the DITA OT 1.4.1 is released, we'll replace current DITA 1.4
with it.

'Reload Document' command (F4) fully rebuilds Serna's user interface
that's why the publishing dialog settings do not persist.

BTW, you needn't reload your document to refresh the view of topic titles.
While publishing Serna uses original documents - not their Serna's view.

Don, now we are working out new DITA dialogs. They are planned to be
more convenient and easy-to-use. One of the feature in it is to add the
'format' attribute automatically while inserting Xrefs to non-DITA
documents.

Thank you.
