Dear Native speaker, Below is my free writing. Please give me in advance with suggestion. Thank you -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The more you exercise, the stronger you are. I just had realized that I did not strong and easily tired in the accident at the airport 5 months ago. It happened when I traveled with my friend to go to Pai, which located in the north of Thailand. We planed to reach out the airport before checked-in 30 minute but we were late. So, we had to run as fast as we could in our life in order to catch the plane. We were very so tired at that time. After that day, I thought I should exercise to make me strong and healthy. I have started with jogging, or cycling once a week. I feel good when I do it. Exercise requires high discipline. Many time, when I was lazy, I always thought that I had no time. I had many things to do. However, I would perceive how long I did not exercise, so I came back. I intend to keep the exercise usually for strength, good health and good looking.
