Authentication Problem

Hi!

We’re having a problem with our EZProxy authentication.  I emailed you about a few weeks ago, but then didn’t follow up as I was out of town at a conference.

We have our databases set up for IP recognition on-campus and EZProxy off-campus.

1.      When we try to access most of our databases remotely, the proxy authentication fails, with a message of ‘Oops, this link appears to be broken.’

2.       The databases that have a separate link for ‘off-campus access’ work okay remotely, but give the same error message if we try to use the ‘off-campus access’ link from on campus.

I restarted EZProxy yesterday, but that didn’t make any difference.

Today I went into the config file, checked all the database info and changed ‘Domain’ to ‘DJ’ and ‘Host Name’ to ‘HJ’.  Then I restarted Ezproxy, but it still doesn’t seem to be working correctly.  Our webpage is library.ggbts.edu.

I’ve emailed the OCLC support, but thought I’d throw my problem out to the group as well.

Thanks for any help you can give me!
