config for HAPI

Does anyone have a config for the Hispanic American Periodicals Index
(HAPI) they would be willing to share.   It has a redirect in it for the
search interface and I just want to be sure I get it right.

That is indeed accurate, although EZproxy will also note HEAD and POST

requests for remote users as well.
