I have not heard of university of
wisconsin-whitewater.How ever.I have got some thing to
tell about Kansas State University.Its supposed to
very good for Computer Science aspecially for the past
2 years.Thats what is the feed back I got from my
seniors.But ...it also sees your academic credentials
along with your GRE and TOEFL scores.Also..the funding
situation is not bad itseems..BTW..what are your GRE
score and TOEFL score?I am asking coz..it requires
something like 1200+in GRE.
