Need end to end flow of WSDL2Java generated stubs in AXIS 1.1

Hi There ...

I'm a newbie to AXIS,  I've used WSDL2JAVA utility to create stubs to
access a Microsoft .NET web service from J2EE application.

When I dig into understand the code generated by WSDL2Java, I'm
totally confused and stuck up.

 Can any one please assist me.
