Re: "True crime" books

If fictionalized, it classes in "P". It has to be non-fiction to class in
HV. The cataloger determines that from looking at the book.

If a trial is merely the frame story for giving all the gory details of
the crime, it classes in HV. If the book is about a trial, it classes in
K. A good hint is to the extent the detectives are the "stars" of the book
(classes in HV) or the lawyers (classes in K).

Aaron (from home, and hoping that I'll someday get to work again, which
depends on a quick manifestation of global warming, or a belated
burst of competence by the people in charge of running the DC mass
transportation system)
