classification problem : Economic conditions of blacks throughout the world

Book in hand: Religion and poverty / Peter J. Paris, ed. Duke University
Press, 2009

Book is currently classed in OCLC in BR1360 : history of Christianity in
Africa. However, the book is really about the economic conditions of blacks
in the African diaspora, what programs are being provided to promote good
economic conditions for blacks in those countries (not just Africa), and
about what Christianity and religion are doing to help out.

Can anyone figure out a classification for this? I think it would be
somewhere in class H. I was hoping for HC, but while it has subdivisions
for geographical areas, there is not subdivision for ethnic groups, no
matter where they may live.

Any help would be much appreciated.
