Closed Captions for Online Video?

Hi All,

I'm looking over some of the options for putting closed captions on 
online video.

I see there's "MAGpie" and also Overstream.net.  I'm just starting to 
grapple with this so it's hard for me to judge what the advantages and 
disadvantages are -- or even whether there are better alternatives.

If you have any experience in this, please drop me a line.  All opinions 
are welcomed.
