The Berkeley Public Library is looking for a Collection
Development/Technical Services Manager:

Under the supervision of the Director and/or Deputy

Director, the Collection Development/Technical Services

Manager directs and coordinates the selection,

acquisitions, cataloging and processing of library materials

and oversees system-wide library collection

management. As a Library Manager the incumbent is a

member of the Library Director's Management Team

responsible for planning, budgeting, operations and

management of a staff of professional, technical and

support personnel in the Collection/Technical Services

division. In addition to supervisory and managerial

responsibilities, the incumbent maintains cooperative

vendor relationships.

Salary range:  $82,140 to $98,988
