RE: libdex.com

I recently went to quite a lot of trouble to update entries for our
library on libdex, but without success.  When the update method it
offers failed I emailed the contacts it listed but these all bounced
back.  I then went online to try to find the owners online (Bisca
International Investments, based in
Gibraltar) but their url returned an Apache holding page and all emails
to them also bounced back to me or disappeared into the great unknown.
A search for them on Google still finds information but seems to get you
nowhere.

So I suspect libdex is a dead duck, but I'd be very happy to hear
otherwise.
