usage question

usage question

Hi,
i am just installed ecb (i am on ubuntu). I am trying to use with a fairly large project. Anyway, so i start emacs -> ecb-activate. Then M-x ecb-customize where i set the path of the top code directory. However, i do not get any subdirectory listings as i would have expected. Am i missing something?

Any help is greatly appreciated (and thanks for the tools),
