Yes. I have definitely replied by far more than only this single
answer.

Karl, editing this list is not a workable way. I am subscribed to
approx. 30 NG.
With all these groups, gnus is behaving the same way ie. it does
not gererate replied messages. This is particularily anoying, as
my summary line entry in ~/.gnus is correct.
If somebody has an idea how to correct this, I would indeed appreciate
it.
