version of cedet to use

HI Dan (or anyone else)

    I'm downloaded the latest cedet and it's self inconsistent, it ships with speedbar  0.14.beta4, but the
semantic it comes with requires 0.15.beata1, which I don't see at the website.  Before I spend time
tracking down, and patching versions, which one are you using?
