#Include links

Hi all

Do any of you know of a tool or tip, so i can click on the filename in an
#inclide statemant and jump to that filename in a new buffer.
I use cc-mode
if it can be used i use gid and global.

i.e.

#include "foo.h"
i click on foo.h and a buffer with foo.h opend in a new buffer, in the same
or another frame.
