Is CF Wiki's front-end HTML-based? If yes, just try opening the needed page in MS Word or OpenOffice, edit it
to remove Wiki component links and other trash code, save it as HTML. Though you'll see a lot of "top of the
form" elements. Those will be trash code too. I do not know of the makefile, I'm not a NIXboy...
