Mouse FLicker

Hi All.

Quick question, I have a simple win32 app, and all it does is draw a few 
triangles in different colour. When I run the mouse over the window, it 
flickers, and sometimes disappears for as much as a second.

Any ideas as to what I can do to stop this ?
