I have no idea. I'm still using VS2k3. But VS2k5 allows you to link
directly to the object files that make up a library project.

      how long does it take for the VC 2005 build process to conclude
      it has nothing to do when faced with multiple projects in a
      solution? is it on par with VC 2003 + FSB (aka. <1 sec)?
