Of the 2 untranslated messages, one of them is

msgid "?techhelp:"
msgstr ""

Is it necessary to put "?techhelp:" again in the msgstr?

The other untraslated message was due to stupid PO-mode in XEmacs not 
working properly .

By the way, I'm sending this from my second mail account because 
apparently the one in terra.es is blocked by both freeciv.it and 
freeciv.org as a potential spam source.  Terra-Lycos is a large 
Spanish ISP with millions of customers, so if you block it many 
people won't be able to contact you.  Just thought I'd let you know.
