Charity Game: Wounds = Cash Bucks

Hi everyone,

While reading through some RPG design blogs, I came across an idea for
a *charity
*roleplaying event that we could collectively organise for one or more of
the Irish gaming conventions.

Everyone comes to the table with €X. Every time somebody takes a wound, they
actually have to *pay *for it. E.g. "Your leg gets shot off, that's €3." I'd
like to run it with Hell for Leather<http://cobwebgames.com/index.php/games/>,
but I think it would work with any system. You're all creative people. Any
ideas how we could make this work/fun/happen?
