Heh.  Yup, "sort of" is right.

There's a Natick, Massachusetts that is fairly close to my hometown in 
New Hampshire.  It's a fair distance from the coast and not remotely 
an island, but the name popped in my head when I was pondering a 
title.  I had originally intended it to be a placeholder, but it stuck.
