Calendars accessible from the CS are likely to be the most accessible versions, even if they aren't the most up-to-date. So CUAs using these protocols will probably be designed to "prefer" calendars accessible from a CS. I think we're getting out of our depth here. The protocols should allow different strategies for CUAs to search calendars. I'm not sure they should favor one over another.
