Issues for ifax implementers guide

Dear Colleagues,

There were two minor disagreements for ifax implementers guide
at San Diego meeting.

1 "Subject" field in 4.4.1.3 and etc.

Editors will modify as follows, according to Jutta's suggestion.

MDN:
	Subject: Your message arrived successfully.
	Subject: Your message has been rejected.
DSN:
	Subject: Your message was delivered successfully.
	Subject: Your message could not be delivered.
	Subject: Your message is delayed.

2 Magic number in 5.2 c)

Mike mainly wrote this section. He admitted the second sentence
is not appropriate for the guide. Editors think the simple solution is
to have only the first sentence. We modify as follows.

"Bytes 2-3 of the Image File Header are the "magic number" and are must
be equal to 42 (2Ah)."

...

There are other editorial errors, as I said in San Diego.
I update all of them sooner or later. I think the final version can be
circulated by the end of this month at the latest.
