Unless my memory is more feeble than I think it is (a distinct
possibility), I posted the latest draft to the mailing list and
asked for comments on a couple of things.  I got a reply from Mark,
which I've taken to heart, but have heard nothing else... and there
was at least one significant issue.

But now that you mention things, that's OK.  Since no one has
responded, it means that whatever I decide is fine.  So I will go
ahead and make the changes the way *I* think it should be, and I'll
post it for last call by the weekend.

So, guys, this is the last call before last call.  Please don't
make me do the work and THEN decide it has to be changed.
