Re: I-D ACTION:draft-ietf-smime-3278bis-06.txt

This version addresses some comments I got from Russ after WG LC: 
clarification of text for id-ecPublicKey parameters, some internal 
paragraph references,  being more explicit about where the ephemeral 
key, and fixing some of the SMIME Capabilities.  It also includes one 
comment from Maxim about the digest algorithm being the same as the one 
named in the signature alg.
