I'm not sure how active the UDLR mailing list at the moment, since the WG 
retired. Some of the work (specifically the IPv6 work) has been taken-up by 
the ipdvb WG. The focus of the ipdvb WG is not specifically UDLR, but the 
impact of UDLR on addressing, encapsulation, etc are the important concerns.

If you don't get a response from the udlr group - you could consider sening 
the message to the ipdvb WG.
