Debian-LAN project

Hi everybody,

I would like to suggest mentioning the Debian-LAN project [1] in DPN.
So far I already wrote some announcement [2] to a few lists, but
perhaps it's a  good idea to also have it mentioned in DPN.

If something is unclear or help needed, do not hesitate to ask.
