www.debian.org: server-control comment syntax error eating some commands, starting at tags

A syntax error in an HTML comment on line 485 in
http://www.debian.org/Bugs/server-control is eating some of the page.
The comment is missing the final two dashes (--). The W3C Validator
shows the problem:
