Advertising on your site

Hello,

I was wondering if you offered advertising on your site.  We'd be willing to
pay a monthly fee for a simple link from your site to ours.

I know our site is in no way related to yours but I thought I would
give it a shot.  The link could be as small as possible at the bottom of
your page.
