This may affect users going from 2.0 to 2.1 by apt. I need to test for 
this and report back. If it does turn out to be a problem, I hope we can 
fix it in the stable branch and make a 2.1.1 image.

My install tests of the 'final' 2.1 images went perfectly, by the way. 
The only bugs are the known bugs
