I don't know how you got this, but it's probably OK.  It's just
debugging.

The driver is written for newer kernels.  INIT_WORK takes 2 arguments
since Linux 2.6.20.

Pass the first argument to INIT_WORK as the third as well, e.g.
INIT_WORK(&dev->work_assoc_done, at76_work_assoc_done, &dev->work_assoc_done);
