This is likely caused by the card/firmware/driver being in a state where commands are not completed. In this particular case, I don't know what is triggering it, but the debug log did not seem to indicate any sign of life from the card after it got to this state. The card initialization itself seemed to work, since firmware versions were printed out. Could you please send out dmesg output after running the first command (e.g., hostap_diag wlan0) with the card? Could you also please check whether any interrupts are being received? I would hope that the allocated irq 49 is not shared with other devices, so the number of interrupts would be easily available from /proc/interrupts. -- -- Jouni Malinen PGP id EFC895FA
