New subproject: fprintd

Hi,

I've published my first attempt at a daemon to expose libfprint 
functionality over D-Bus.

Right now it just supports verification and includes a demo program 
which verifies the first finger it finds.

Only available in git, and requires bleeding edge code. Only for 
developers and extremely curious users at the moment :)
